Job Summary
Supervise daily financial activities and functions for an organization, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Forecast and manage cash flow to meet company needs while ensuring operations comply with governmental rules and regulations. Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for accuracy and oversee the budget process with managers. Lead and direct support staff or production team members, setting priorities to ensure task completion and managing personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Requires an Associate's Degree with 5-7 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have any type of one direct report or more
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Up to 25% travel likely
