Manager, Finance

Manager, Finance role responsible for financial and operational analysis to support senior management decision-making, partnering with leadership to drive business planning, performance metrics, and risk identification; supervises and develops Finance staff, manages day-to-day Finance team performance, and performs additional Business Operations duties as needed. Core duties include analyzing financial and operational data, communicating findings and risks, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring accounting data adheres to GAAP and company policies; requires strong budgeting, financial modeling, analytical thinking, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Education: a Bachelor's Degree is preferred; 5-7 years of relevant work experience is expected; location-based roles in Philadelphia, PA and Manchester, NH with in-person work requirements.
