Job Summary
Manager Finance Business Partner in Taiwan responsible for strategic finance partnering with Commercial teams, end-to-end financial evaluation of business initiatives, governance and internal controls across commercial initiatives, risk management, pricing discipline, and investment effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6–10 years of finance experience, strong communication, governance and compliance knowledge, CPA preferred, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Role emphasizes partnering with FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and protect PMI’s financial integrity. Location: Taipei, Taiwan; Full-Time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in Finance (business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
