Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related degree
- At least 5 years of experience delivering Business Intelligence, analytics, or data product solutions in an enterprise environment
- At least 5 years of dashboard development experience in Power BI (preferred) or a comparable enterprise BI platform (Tableau, WebFOCUS, Cognos, Qlik), including DAX or equivalent expression languages
- At least 5 years of advanced SQL experience for data analysis, modeling, and performance tuning against large enterprise datasets
- Demonstrated experience designing data models for analytics — facts, dimensions, conformed grains, and reusable business logic — in a warehouse or lakehouse environment
- Hands-on experience with semantic layer design and development (Power BI semantic models, tabular models, or comparable)
- Working experience with Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation (pandas, notebooks, or Spark / PySpark)
- Experience defining, documenting, and governing KPIs and metric definitions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting Finance use cases such as reporting, analytics, controls, close, or business partnership, with a working understanding of common Finance data (e.g., General Ledger, AR, AP, Cost / Profit Center)
- Experience working directly with business users to translate reporting needs into scalable, governed data products rather than ad-hoc reports
- Demonstrated understanding of data lineage, data quality, and documentation standards in an enterprise environment
- Experience contributing to BI modernization efforts, including migrating reporting assets from legacy BI tools onto a modern cloud BI platform such as Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
- Track record of working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems
- Strong time management: prioritizing, organizing, and tracking multiple concurrent deliverables with varying deadlines
