Job Summary
Lead and manage financial consulting projects with a focus on financial planning and analysis, compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, and preparation of accurate financial reports. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, preparing pro-forma financial information, and liaising with auditors. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required, with 2 years in public accounting preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 experience in a public accounting firm and operational accounting role
- A strong and up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP
- Deep technical understanding of topics such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, lease transactions, purchase accounting, etc.
