Job Summary
The role involves end-to-end project management, including guiding a team on technical accounting and financial reporting, managing client relationships, and monitoring project progress. Candidates should possess sound technical knowledge in Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP or IFRS, and have practical experience in the finance function and financial reporting process. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory requirements and strong accounting foundation skills are essential. The position provides financial reporting support and involves working with stringent deadlines while demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process
- Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
- Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
- Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills
- Experience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuring
- Experience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantage
