Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary
Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, cash receipts, and payroll while ensuring GAAP compliance. Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage month-end close activities, and monitor cash flow forecasting. Assist in budget development, year-end close, and external audit preparation, including capitalization of intangible assets and fixed asset register maintenance. Implement staff training on financial software to streamline processes. Serve as the primary contact for internal financial inquiries. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/accounting with 5-10 years of experience, proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft 365, and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in financial management and accounting
- CA Inter with 10+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management software (e.g., Sage Intacct)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Migration of books of accounts
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree or CA Inter (Final discontinued)
- Supervisory experience
