Job Summary
Manager, Field Recruiting leads and coaches a regional recruiting team to deliver 50-75 Independent Operator (IO) placements per year, combining leadership with hands-on recruiting. Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews with consistent application of selection criteria; manages CRM activity in Salesforce, monitors regional KPIs (lead volume, conversion, time-to-close, AOT success), and collaborates with Marketing, Real Estate, Training, and Operations to align talent forecasts with store openings. Role requires overseeing a pipeline, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution in a fast-paced retail/franchise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- 2+ years leading others
- experience in multi-site retail, franchise, or owner-operator models
- strong data literacy; able to analyze dashboards and translate insights into action
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM/ATS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
