Job Summary
Supervise and manage the service and installation of products and services to meet established KPIs. Immediately report unsafe acts, conditions, hazards, legislative contraventions, and injuries to the direct supervisor. Correct substandard acts within your area of control and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Operate prescribed equipment while maintaining appropriate personal protective equipment and safety guards. Participate in safety initiatives and committees to eliminate exposure risks. Resolve customer concerns and problems using exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Requires 6+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- extensive experience at servicing and installing residential and commercial heating, air conditioning & ventilation equipment, as well as related products
- good understanding and overall knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and diplomacy skills
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in technical position in the HVAC/Refrigeration Industry
- Minimum 6+ years
- Bachelor's Degree
