Job Summary
Manager – Field Operations and Engagement leads operational excellence and drives growth for the Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group. The role provides leadership and strategic oversight to deliver business outcomes, ensures seamless client service delivery through effective systems and processes, and manages a team to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, enhancing client experience, improving operational efficiency, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with compliance on training and regulatory standards, driving change management through communication, training, and coaching, and overseeing onboarding of advisors and staff for large financial institutions. The role requires collaboration with leadership and staff, strong people-management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, travel, and proficient use of business software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results
- Proficiency in business software applications
- Ability to work in Corporate office or AAG Field; some travel required
