Manager Field Execution Excellence

Job Summary
Define and govern Field Sales execution standards, sales routines, and in-store frameworks across multiple channels in Taiwan. Develop practical SOPs, playbooks, and field tools that translate commercial priorities into actionable standards for frontline teams. Own the performance framework, including KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting. Analyze field performance data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and drive productivity improvements. Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize territory design, resource allocation, and route planning. Lead cross-functional governance and alignment across Commercial Planning, Key Accounts, Trade Activation, Marketing, and Digital teams. Drive capability building through targeted coaching, learning programs, and certification frameworks. Implement new tools, technologies, and ways of working to improve execution quality. Define business requirements for field force systems and data management tools. Monitor data quality, user adoption, and process effectiveness while ensuring compliance with PMI policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience within Field Sales, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Route-to-Market, or related commercial functions
- Strong understanding of field sales operations, execution excellence, retail channel management, and commercial performance improvement
- Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into scalable execution frameworks and measurable business results
- Experience working within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or multinational commercial organizations
- Strong analytical capability, including experience with KPI development, performance dashboards, business reporting, and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of territory planning, route optimization, resource allocation, and field force effectiveness methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across senior leaders and commercial functions
- Experience in capability building, coaching, change management, and performance improvement programs
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills
