Manager, Field Applications Engineering

Manager, Field Applications Engineering leads teams of field engineers serving as the primary technical interface between Brewer Science and customers, guiding trials, resolving complex process issues, and aligning field applications with customer roadmaps. The role includes coordinating field support across assigned customers, acting as the primary technical liaison during new product introductions, directing execution of customer experiments and root-cause investigations, gathering customer feedback for R&D and integration teams, organizing pre-evaluation activities, and collaborating with Product Management and Commercial teams to ensure deployment plans reflect performance targets and competitive benchmarks. The position requires strong technical leadership, effective communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product development priorities, with ongoing emphasis on achieving successful material integration and customer satisfaction.
