Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a FEBO location, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring optimal service quality. Coach and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of product and customer experience. Act as the primary face of the establishment, leading during peak hours and stepping onto the floor when necessary. Maintain calm and overview in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
