Job Summary
Manager, FCO Data Quality leads Data SMEs and Technical BAs to resolve data quality incidents (approx. 50% delivery) and drives workforce planning, backlog remediation, and development of the Incident Management Data SME capability. The role champions data quality governance, feeds technical requirements into backlogs, documents processes and decisions, and acts as a trusted advisor for data/tech delivery within NAB Vietnam, collaborating across FC portfolio to accelerate delivery and improve regulatory-compliant data outcomes. Strong capabilities in SQL and Python, data analysis and measurement, and experience leading high-performing data teams are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
