Job Summary
Lead and develop CHANEL boutique teams in Las Vegas and Seattle by delivering inspiring in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors; coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to elevate client experiences; collaborate with Fashion Expertise Home Office and Boutique Leadership to drive styling development, onboarding, and KPI performance; partner with leadership to design onboarding programs, translate brand heritage into local storytelling, and sustain elevated client service; travel across boutiques to coach, observe, and provide structured feedback while nurturing talent and succession toward Style Advisor or Retail Management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
- In-store presence required to develop and coach teams
- Strong coaching, communication, and client relation skills
- Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality
- Experience in retail training and ability to facilitate and evaluate training
