Job Summary
Lead and coach CHANEL boutique teams in the DC market from the Tysons/Galleria focus, driving interactive in-boutique learning on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge and elevated client service. Develop styling and client opportunities by coaching Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors, coordinating with Boutique Leadership to design onboarding and ongoing development programs, and partnering with Fashion Expertise Home Office to translate brand messaging into local execution. Deliver tangible coaching, monitor styling training effectiveness, and support KPI achievement across multiple boutiques (Tysons, DC City Center, Saks Atlanta, Neiman Marcus Atlanta). The role emphasizes building authentic client relationships, storytelling, and superior client experiences while maintaining CHANEL’s heritage and standards, with frequent in-market travel to support boutique leadership and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in luxury fashion or retail training
