Job Summary
Manager, Fashion Expertise location-focused leadership role primarily seated in the Dallas boutique with responsibility for transmitting Chanel’s creative vision to Boutique Teams, delivering inspiring in-boutique training on collections, product knowledge, and service behaviors; coaching Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to provide personalized styling and build client relationships; partnering with Boutique Leadership to design and deliver onboarding and development programs; collaborating with Home Office and Leadership to maximize boutique performance, while embedding Chanel’s client-centric culture and luxury service standards; requires travel across boutiques within the market and a strong foundation in luxury fashion, client experience, and staff coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant experience in luxury fashion retail or hospitality; proven retail training/coaching ability
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
- Ability to lift 15 lbs, walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
