Job Summary
Lead and deliver in-boutique training and styling development for Chanel Boutique teams; coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to provide personalized styling, exceptional client experiences, and storytelling that conveys Chanel’s heritage. Partner with Boutique Leadership and Home Office to align collections, product knowledge, and service standards, while driving KPI tracking, onboarding and development programs, and cross-boutique collaboration across Chicago and Troy markets. Requires strong luxury retail background, proven training/coaching ability, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to travel across market boutiques. Fluency in luxury service expectations, knowledge of savoir-faire, and a genuine passion for CHANEL’s heritage are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
