Manager, Fashion Expertise, Boston Newbury

Manager, Fashion Expertise based in the Boston boutique with responsibilities across CHANEL’s Boston, Saks Boston, and Saks Greenwich locations. Transmits the creative vision of the House to Boutique Teams, delivers in-boutique training on collections and savoir-faire, coaches Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors, and partners with Boutique Leadership to sustain elevated retail performance. Leads interactive learning on and off the floor, designs and delivers styling development, coordinates onboarding for new hires, and collaborates with Fashion Expertise Home Office to translate product content to client experiences. Requires ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market; significant experience in luxury fashion/retail/hospitality; proven coaching and training ability; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage priorities and deliver projects on schedule. Foreign language skills are a plus; domestic travel to multiple boutiques; in-store presence required. Compensation includes base salary range of $92,400 to $120,000 plus potential bonus and benefits.
