Job Summary
Oversees training and development of Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in Chanel boutiques; delivers in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors; coaches and evaluates staff; partners with Boutique Leadership and Fashion Expertise Home Office to animate client styling and drive overall boutique performance; focuses on transmitting the house’s heritage, codes, and luxury service standards while ensuring personalized client experiences and strong client relationships. Must have significant luxury fashion/retail exposure, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to travel across the market; role includes designing onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback programs and delivering inspiring styling development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
- In-store presence to develop and coach teams
