Manager, Facility Service

Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate plant operations and maintenance functions to ensure physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds remain operative and safe. Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes while participating in assigned team activities as a technical resource. Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Requires a high school diploma, four years of maintenance management experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift with on-call rotation at Sentara Leigh Hospital, a 274-bed acute care facility specializing in orthopedic, spine, heart, and vascular care.
