Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day administration of policies, procedures and programs to maintain a portfolio of buildings; lead facilities staff to deliver premium customer service to tenants and clients; develop and administer the Property Operating Plan and Budget; manage vendor selection and performance; monitor service levels (including mail, reprographics, copier/print services); collaborate with client and management to drive process improvements and Green Initiatives; ensure compliance with client Master Service Agreement and maintain effective two-way communications with staff and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Professional certification (e.g. CFM) is preferred
- Minimum 5 years previous facilities management experience
- Participation in recognized professional association (e.g. IFMA)
- Certified in facilities management and IFMA designation as Certified Facility Manager, not required but desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions
- Knowledge of computers
