Job Summary
Manager, Facilities Site Lead responsible for hiring, supervising crew, setting performance standards, managing contracts and service providers, coordinating moves of crew and equipment, applying quality assurance to real estate services, monitoring facility systems, and driving cost savings and operational improvements. Requires five years of related work experience with at least two in real estate or facilities management; supervisory experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred. The position does not sponsor visa sponsorship. Hybrid working model is implemented to balance in-person learning and collaboration at the Scottsdale, AZ site.
