Job Summary
Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of multiple Walmart facilities within a regional radius, directly manage 10–15 technicians, and travel ~50% to ensure buildings operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Lead daily with technicians, collaborate with Store Managers, coordinate vendors/contractors, drive budgeting and workload planning, escalate tickets as needed, and provide reporting/analytics. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and customer-service orientation with hands-on facilities experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area
