Job Summary
Facility/maintenance leadership role overseeing plant maintenance and facilities engineering to support production uptime and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing maintenance team and processes, budgeting for facilities/maintenance, developing and implementing RCM/TPM programs, overseeing capital projects and external contractors, reporting operations scorecard metrics, and ensuring environmental and safety regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, and CMMS; preferred CMRP certification, Six Sigma, and experience with wood/coating processes in a large manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5 years previous experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, engineering or management position
- Experience with development and implementation of RCM and/or TPM systems
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficient with engineering software tools (MS Project & AutoCAD)
- Experience with CMMS Systems
