Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and die shop associates performing repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, while managing building grounds and utilities. Lead standardization of preventive maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and CMMS use, alongside monthly safety meetings and training initiatives for departmental associates. Manage annual facility spend budgets, identify cost reduction opportunities, and oversee capital investment projects from identification through completion. Coordinate janitorial, snow removal, and contracted services while planning facility modifications, construction bids, and equipment moves. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DNR, and company policies, and develop technical training to build a professionalized workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field
- 7+ years in facilities and equipment maintenance
- Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude
