Job Summary
Plan, direct, and oversee industrial infrastructure, facility construction, expansion, relocation, and capital investment projects across PKC North America operations. Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while managing annual CAPEX portfolios and vendor selection processes. Coordinate execution with Plant Managers, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment, obtain operational director approvals, and establish governance standards. Ensure full compliance with Federal, State, Municipal, and EMASS regulations regarding safety, environment, and energy. Lead design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, compressed air, water, and fire protection systems to support production growth and business continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial project management, construction, or plant maintenance
- 2 yrs proven experience negotiating with landlords and property brokers
- 2 yrs proven experience coordinating with maintenance, EHS, and HR departments
- Proven knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- Proficient in both English and Spanish – Written and Spoken
- MS Office. Outlook, Live Meeting and ERP systems
- Ability to plan, execute, and track complex projects
- Skilled in interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders, negotiating, and resolving conflicts
- Capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and making decisions under pressure
- Focused on meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Early identification of issues and development of contingency strategies
- Familiarity with environmental, safety, and health regulations in the industrial sector
