Job Summary

Experiential & Events Manager needed to concept, plan, and execute immersive brand activations, consumer and B2B events, influencer engagements, and media events for MassMedia. The role leads experiential strategy across client accounts, designs attendee journeys, manages venues, vendors, run-of-show, and budgets, collaborates with PR and social teams, and mentors junior staff. Responsibilities include developing activation proposals, managing guest experiences from invitations to on-site hosting, supporting trade show participation, tracking KPIs, and delivering high-impact moments across openings, launches, conferences, and corporate gatherings. Requires a BS/BA in a related field, 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event management, strong vendor relations, project management, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours; proficiency with PM tools and MS Office; ability to manage multi-vendor productions and budgets.

Required Qualifications

  • BS or BA in marketing, communications, event management, public relations, or related field
  • 4+ years of experiential marketing or event management experience, preferably within a marketing or PR agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience producing immersive brand activations, influencer and media events, and/or trade show programs with a clear point of view on audience experience design
  • Strong vendor network and negotiation skills; experience managing complex, multi-vendor productions and tight budgets
  • A creative eye and brand sensibility, you think about how something looks, feels, and lands, not just whether it runs on time
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple activations and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting concepts and results to clients and senior agency leadership
  • Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting spreadsheets, and standard MS Office programs; experience with event management platforms a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as activation schedules require
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm, creative, and decisive when things don't go as planned
