Job Summary
The Manager, Experience role involves overseeing successful delivery of brand activations, client services, and hospitality for large-scale projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in experiential or sponsorship, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software, and experience managing events. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, supporting brand activation strategies, ensuring project budgets, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years relevant experiential &/or sponsorship industry experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office & Apple software, particularly in Keynote / PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in managing mid-to-large size events that include building out guest services and hospitality experiences, brand activations and managing ticketing & accreditation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Relevant sponsorship and event operations experience (preferably in the golf, experiential, sports and/or entertainment field)
- Proven ability to handle client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
- Laser sharp attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial drive, supported by a proactive self-starter mentality
- Thrive working in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Agency experience would be considered an asset
- A passion for sports
- Passion and knowledge for golf will be considered an asset
