Manager, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory

Lead Executive Compensation & Board Advisory engagements by developing project plans for large, global projects and delivering high-quality consulting advice to Boards and senior leaders. Manage multiple complex client accounts to ensure timely, profitable completion while maintaining trusted relationships at the senior level. Strategically partner with clients to pioneer unique approaches to business problems and provide detailed findings, analyses, and recommendations using effective written and spoken communications. Coordinate with sales and client relationship management teams to identify and close strategic opportunities, while building internal relationships to support efficient resource allocation across the geography.
