Job Summary
Define and standardize event technology KPIs across platforms and shows, establishing internal and external adoption metrics for setup completion, platform usage, and lead capture. Build and maintain repeatable dashboards and report templates while managing intake from Operations Managers and Platform Leads. Partner with technical teams to ensure data flows correctly into Databricks and Power BI, identifying pipeline gaps and inconsistencies. Translate data into actionable findings for platform strategy, vendor reviews, and executive reporting, leveraging AI tools to automate recurring report generation. Deliver portfolio-level insights on a regular cadence to surfacing trends and areas requiring attention.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence role
- building dashboards
- defining KPIs
- managing reporting for an operational team or business function
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- experience working with data platforms like Databricks or similar
- Curiosity about AI-assisted analytics tools
