Job Summary
Oversee fund valuation processes and net asset valuations (NAV's) for a set of exchange traded funds, including basket processing and daily reconciliation reviews with custodians and transfer agents. Perform peer reviews on complex fund calculations, manage client requests, and coordinate coverage during associate absences. Direct hiring, training, and performance appraisals for department associates while ensuring compliance with regulatory restrictions and audit requirements. Prepare expense budgets, financial reporting, and auditor documentation to maintain timely reporting to clients and NASDAQ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 1-2 years of management or leadership experience
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered

- The associate is regularly required to sit and stand
