Job Summary
Lead and manage daily escrow operations, including overseeing team performance, conducting file audits, and establishing standard operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with RESPA and trust accounting standards. Recruit, interview, and onboard talent while coaching staff through regular meetings and one-on-ones to drive engagement and accountability. Monitor office productivity, expenses, and profitability to meet revenue targets, then maintain key client relationships and identify market growth opportunities. Represent the company in community engagement initiatives and resolve operational issues proactively. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of escrow or real estate leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, or related operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial performance drivers
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong understanding of escrow workflows, compliance requirements, and trust accounting
