Manager Escrow

Job Summary
Lead and develop the escrow and title team by fostering accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the Tri-Cities region. Provide clear expectations and direction to ensure consistent performance, while recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members. Conduct regular meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations, including recommending compensation adjustments. Oversee daily operations to ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards, managing capacity and workload distribution through cross-training and staffing planning. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, perform file audits, and ensure adherence to escrow accounting controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements including RESPA. Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to support strategic initiatives and build strong relationships with customers and external partners.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience leading escrow and/or title operations teams.
- Experience managing multi-function teams (title and escrow combined operations).
- Familiarity with TitleOne systems, workflows, and operational standards.
