Job Summary
Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans, including reviewing grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations, while monitoring share utilization through collaboration with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Operations, Tax, and Legal teams. Partner with stakeholders on the evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan, implement best practices with effective controls, and automate workstreams for efficient data processing. Coordinate reporting of stock compensation for employee income purposes domestically and internationally, act as a liaison for 10b5-1 trading plans, and prepare Forms 3 and 4 for SEC filings. Provide information for financial statement footnote disclosures, reconcile balance sheet accounts related to common stock and taxes, and prepare quarterly equity rollforwards. This role supports Axon's mission to Protect Life within a fast-paced environment requiring strict confidentiality and high standards of ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 7+ years experience in Stock Administration
