Job Summary
Lead the Epic Analysts and Developers team to define best practices, enhance Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications through member-requested enhancements, and drive operational improvements via version upgrades. Prioritize work, manage resource allocation, and oversee performance management while leading design reviews and technical change management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to operationalize improvements that achieve high-quality, measurable results supporting OCHIN's strategic goals. Manage daily product team operations to ensure continuous advancement of Epic products and services for members across the national provider network.
