Manager, Environmental

Lead the enterprise environmental strategy for The Home Depot, translating commitments into measurable business impact. Drive the Eco Actions program, connect customers with sustainable products and projects, and oversee enterprise sustainability reporting with accurate measurement and clear communication. Provide cross-functional leadership on strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders across Merchandising, Operations, and Supply Chain to support company priorities. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying Eco Options products and integrating them across the enterprise, managing relationships with 3rd-party certification bodies and with EPA Energy Star and WaterSense programs, conducting supplier product audits for compliance with environmental policies, and assisting with external/industry environmental reporting requirements. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Environmental Innovation and has no direct reports, with travel typically less than 10% per year.
