Job Summary
Lead data analytics and reporting for environmental sustainability across a global organization. Drive environmental performance reporting, ensure timely KPI reporting across sites, and support regulatory readiness (e.g., Green Taxonomy, ISAE 3000). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, strengthen data quality and controls, and prepare monthly leadership reports. Manage climate, waste, and water targets, and contribute to sustainability strategy execution. Require MBA with an engineering/technical background, 5–6 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English; Hyderabad-based with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with degree in engineering, technology, or related technical or scientific field
- Around 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in environmental sustainability
- Strong experience in data analytics, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience reporting environmental sustainability performance aligned with Greenhouse Gas Protocol and similar standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
