Job Summary
Lead environmental services operations at Saint Paul Hospital by creating operational lines of sight that connect to system goals and objectives. Develop and execute business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of strategies. Partner with system leaders, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support operations and foster a client-centric culture. Drive innovation and positive workplace climates while adhering to Saskatchewan healthcare standards, safety protocols, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action. Manage a team of five shifts of 7.5 hours per week with standby availability, requiring travel within the province. This role supports the hospital's commitment to quality, safety, and zero harm in patient and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience in a health related manager or supervisor role
- Experience in leadership
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in an applicable field
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
