Job Summary
Lead and manage Environmental Services and Laundry & Linen Departments across Providence Holy Family Hospital and Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center, overseeing budgeting, staffing, scheduling, quality of service, vendor liaison, training, and staff development. Oversees linen distribution and inventory to meet system requirements; responsible for recruiting, ensuring caregiver training, safety, equipment maintenance, and resolving service issues as liaison between ministries and contracted linen services. Drives operational improvements to enhance patient care and fiscal stewardship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of industry specific and hospital-based experience
- 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience
- 2 years of experience within Laundry & Linen operations (preferred)
