Manager Environment, Health & Safety (f/m/d) EPCM Industry – Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Lead and supervise EHS/HSSE on a high-complexity semiconductor EPCM plant project, with full ownership of occupational health and safety. Establish and monitor EHS/HSSE management systems, identify and manage environment, health and safety risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements. Deliver training and awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders, report on internal/external EHS/HSSE performance, and collaborate with authorities, suppliers, and partners to drive continuous improvement. Requires several years of project experience on large-scale construction or industrial projects, Hazid/Hazop familiarity is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork across international sites. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, Flemish, or French is advantageous. Willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe; option to part-time and partly remote.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in construction or building services engineering, or a comparable qualification in occupational safety
- Several years of project experience (minimum 3–5 years) on large-scale construction or industrial projects
- Experience in conducting Hazid/Hazop analyses (advantage)
- Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of German, Flemish or French is a strong advantage
