Job Summary
Lead tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions while developing methodologies to quantify and manage Scope 3 impacts across the value chain. Implement environmental data management systems to ensure accuracy and transparency, then partner with Facilities, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to identify and execute energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives. Develop the company's decarbonization roadmap, model reduction scenarios, and establish KPIs to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance and compliance. Maintain ISO 14001 standards, conduct risk assessments, and translate regulatory trends into actionable strategies for operational decision-making. Prepare internal and external sustainability reports, provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, and collaborate with suppliers to support responsible sourcing and emissions reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in environmental, sustainability, EHS, or energy management roles
- Required ISO 14001 experience
- Required ISO 14001 Training and/or Internal Auditor Certification
- Experience or certification in greenhouse gas accounting (e.g., GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or emissions verification)
- Hybrid position to be based out of either our Corporate HQ in Boston, MA or our US Manufacturing site on Clinton, PA
Desired Qualifications
- MS in a relevant field
- Required ISO 14001 experience strongly preferred
- ISO 14001 Training and/or Internal Auditor Certification Preferred
- Experience or certification in greenhouse gas accounting (e.g., GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or emissions verification) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with REACH (EU), RoHS (EU & China RoHS), PFAS restrictions, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, California Proposition 65, EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) substance requirements, WEEE Directive, Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) preferred
