Job Summary
The role involves developing strategies tailored to specific industries/accounts, managing pipelines to enhance forecasting accuracy, coaching team members on effective questioning techniques and value communication of the Tailor Platform, and creating structures that leverage internal resources for project advancement. Responsibilities include generating customer contacts, building strong relationships, leading product development initiatives based on customer feedback, and cultivating a culture embodying Tailor’s values. Candidates should possess significant sales management experience, a successful deal closure record in enterprise software, and a strong command of Japanese.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience of sales teams or deep commitment to mentoring junior members
- Proven track record closing deals worth tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen in enterprise software
- Experience selling complex enterprise products with intricate approval processes
- Ability to work closely with executives and key stakeholders
- Strong business development skills and strategic thinking capacity
- Proactive leadership and project management abilities
- Fluency in Japanese at business level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting firms for strategy planning
- Experience in large-scale ERP, CRM, SCM systems implementation or replacement
- Experience in establishing sales organizations or process construction in startups
