Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Professional Services leads FloQast's Enterprise implementation delivery, managing a team of consultants to execute complex, multi-product implementations for strategic customers. Responsibilities include driving successful delivery outcomes, coaching team members, monitoring project health, and engaging with various teams to ensure alignment and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, substantial implementation and people-management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of implementation or project management experience
- 1+ years of people-management experience leading delivery, consulting, or implementation teams
- Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale implementations
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands
Desired Qualifications
- CPA and/or public accounting experience is a bonus but not required
