Job Summary
Oversee Oracle EPM as the central platform enabling closeout reporting, forecasting, and budgeting; own roadmap and performance, lead a team responsible for EPM maintenance and user support; partner with IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver enhancements; manage EPM functionality across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and reporting; quarterback monthly forecasting and annual budgeting within EPM; drive automation and standardization of reporting using Narrative Reporting; develop system documentation and governance; collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and business teams to align financial drivers and outputs; lead change management to improve efficiency, data quality, and user adoption; ensure all activities comply with policies; candidate should have a local presence in Knoxville, TN or surrounding areas; role requires in-person work with up to 5% overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years in developing, administration and support of Oracle EPM preferred
- Ability to support month-end reporting cycles, including occasional off-business hours
- Familiarity with Finance and Accounting principle
