Job Summary
ROLE: Manager, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management. Reports to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management and partners with the Associate Director to drive ERM, ORM, and BCM programs, including crisis management. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing ERM frameworks, risk appetite/tolerance reporting, enterprise risk dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, control integration, and strengthening BCM/crisis plans. The role requires managing programs across ERM, ORM, and BCM, with emphasis on risk reporting, risk data, and process improvement. Based in downtown Toronto under a hybrid work policy (remote + in-office with a minimum of two days per week in-office). Qualifications: 5+ years in risk management with ERM/ORM experience; BCM/disaster recovery/crisis management experience is an asset; Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 base salary, with potential variable incentive. Benefits include hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits."
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years risk management experience including ERM and ORM

- Bachelor or Master’s degree (BSC, MSc, MBA or equivalent). Specialization in business, risk management, finance, mathematics or engineering is ideal.
