Design and deliver an enterprise-wide learning strategy that builds capability across all functions beyond the represented business unit. Partner with the business to enable performance through targeted development of customer-facing, operational, and leadership skills. Implement modern learning approaches including microlearning, AI-enabled coaching, and behavioral assessments like CliftonStrengths and DiSC to drive data-driven performance improvement. Support a broad audience spanning Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, and Enterprise Enablement.
