Job Summary
Manager, Enterprise Applications leads design, configuration, implementation, support and maintenance of ERP environments (Infor CloudSuite, Lawson S3) and oversees enterprise applications operations. Drives planning, deployment, and maintenance of ERP systems, oversees IT teams for functional/technical support, ensures integration across Infor CloudSuite/OS and Lawson S3 modules (Payroll, Financials, HR/Benefits, Supply), supports data and system integration tools (ESB, ETL, API, flat files), manages patches/upgrades, maintains cybersecurity compliance, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Requires experience administering Infor CloudSuite products, Infor/Lawson knowledge, ESB and ETL integration, data workflows, reporting tools (Infor/Birst or similar), and supervisory leadership with vendor partnerships. Certifications in Infor/Lawson Administration or related are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree and 8 years’ experience with Implementing and administering business-critical enterprise applications (specifically ERP environments - Financials, Supply, HR/Benefits, Payroll)
- Working with clients and vendors to align the technical environment and resources with business strategy and demands
- Partnering with vendors and contractors for ERP development and support
- Prior supervisory experience
- Expert knowledge of multi-platform technologies, Oracle PL/SQL, relational database structures, application testing processes and project planning & execution
- Certifications – Infor/Lawson System Administration or related
