Manager, Enterprise Applications - Oracle Cloud and Salesforce

Job Summary
Lead strategic direction and governance for the enterprise applications ecosystem, including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, and payroll systems. Serve as the primary liaison between Technology and business functional system owners to align application strategies with organizational priorities. Partner with subject matter experts to develop roadmaps that balance business requirements, technical capabilities, and risk considerations while overseeing integrations for seamless data flow and interoperability. Establish governance frameworks, standards, and security practices to ensure compliance and effective lifecycle management. Coordinate major system releases, vendor relationships, and implementation activities in partnership with functional platform owners and external partners. Provide leadership to internal resources and cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Seven (7)+ years of experience leading, supporting, or managing enterprise business applications, ERP, HCM, CRM, payroll, or related technology platforms
- Three (3)+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, enterprise application programs, teams, vendors, or matrixed stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business system owners, product owners, and functional subject matter experts to define roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver technology solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, data governance, security administration, and business process optimization
- Experience supporting multi-platform ecosystems that include ERP, HCM, CRM, Financial, Payroll, or related enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across multiple business functions without direct ownership of all systems or resources
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information
- Proficient with Oracle Fusion Cloud suite (HR/ERP/Finance), Salesforce, common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
- Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting
- Travel for related meetings/events
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, PMP, ITIL, Agile, or other relevant enterprise application certifications
