Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the Enrollment team while overseeing daily operations, including workflow management, inventory monitoring, and quality assurance. Ensure appropriate staffing, workload distribution, and performance management to meet operational and service-level goals. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Analyze operational data to identify trends and address issues, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams to resolve system challenges. Provide oversight of customer experience for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution in alignment with HIPAA standards and confidentiality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- Associate's Degree
- 8 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- High School Equivalency
- 11 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- three (3) years of experience leading a unit within a health insurance environment
- access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet
